1. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Decree Holder seeks leave to withdraw the present enforcement petition with liberty to file it again as and when situation arise and after making stamp duty good as per Indian Stamp Act, 1899 as applicable in NCT of Delhi and in line with M/s URC Construction (P) Ltd. v. Airports Authority of India1.

2. Leave and liberty as aforesaid is granted.

3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
