RAKESH VERMA & ANR. v. THE REGISTRAR CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES & ORS.
Delhi High Court disposes of petition after RCS regularises self-draw; DDA to issue regularisation letter for Dwarka flat
The court noted the RCS letter of 23 October 2026 verifying the petitioners' membership and regularising the self draw. It directed the DDA to issue the regularisation letter, and said the petitioners may apply for leasehold-to-freehold conversion once the DDA's IDLI portal opens. Petition disposed of.
Why it matters: Shows the RCS's June 2026 circular on self-draws leading to regularisation of a society member's flat allotment, with the DDA directed to follow up.
